27/11, thursday
met wx in the morning at outram mrt. took quite a while finding TCC but we finally got there. we went for an "interview", okay, actually it wasn't really an interview cause it seemed like they alr accepted us without even interviewing. but the bad thing is that my mum doesn't allow me to go for the banquet job :( she said there's no point and idk what. so yeah :( sorry wx anwww. okay aft that met xl at tiong, then we met cynthia at tanjong pagar. went for 2 other interviews. one was some supermarket order-taking/assistant thing and another one was some retail thing. helping out at departmental stores. they haven't called back yet though. and i realise that i doubt anyone would hire me seeing as i'm going on too many holidays -.- between greece and genting, there's like only 10 days that i'm in SG in december. and before greece, there's only monday-thurs next week O:
28/11, friday
went for anne's job. THANKS ANNE :D (for helping me find a job) worked for LG- packaging of phones. worked from 8.30 am - 5.30pm hahah. and i think i'm really not cut out to work at jobs cause i made A LOT of mistakes. okay, about 4 mistakes that i can think of??? :(
1. dropped the books on the floor
2. forgot to insert one book into the box! then i was wondering why there was suddenly one extra book here O.O had to go reopen the boxes to see which one was short of the book. the aunty looked quite pissed oops. or maybe i was reading too much into her expression O:
3. while using the penknife to reopen the boxes, i think i made a mark on some of the boxes and the aunty was giving me some disapproving look
4. kinda ruined one of the boxes
haha seeeeee, like that who would want to hire me omg O: anw, we were allowed to listen to music while working so it wasn't so bad :D even though it was kinda boring doing the same thing over and over agn, but the time passed faster than i expected i guess. we're paid $6/hr, quite a lot :D
okay aft that, rushed to suntec to meet my mum and my bro. took away some food cause we were late alr. had free nachos/popcorn + drink :D (cause it's my mum's company's family movie night so we had free tickets too) watched Quantum of Solace, it was nice but i fell asleep cause i was tired. oops O: i wasn't the only one though, my bro fell asleep too i think.
29/11 Saturday
went to vet early in the morn for Sugar's checkup, she was shaking like a leaf :X got back, changed then went to meet wx at townnn. cause we thought that they would most likely go to town for lunch. anw, in the end it wasn't at town. so we met mdmkwan and the rest at some hotel. Miramir???? hahahah the food there was nice. although dim sum's not my fav but i shldn't be so fussy O: only about 8 of us were there, mk, celine, mavis, xl, anne, grace, wx, me. i didn't talk much though cause i can't converse in chinese O: surprisingly we cld talk abt quite a lot of things with mdm kwan. and she was being reallyyyyy nice. she treated us to the meal even though it cost like a bomb. $160...lol thanks mdmkwan :D (even though she'll never read this but yeah) then we were telling her that we'll invite her to steamboat and stuff next time. HAHA. i guess we've never actually realised how nice mk can be until like this year.
cabbed back to town aft that o.O haha, walked arnd wisma area. didn't buy much though, only xl bought stuff ;D oh and i lost my wallet -.- i have no idea how i lost it though, think i dropped it by accident or sth. and the most ironic thing is that the amount of money i lost today is about as much(or more than) as the amount of money i earned ytd. so ironic right. the first time i ever work and earn sth, i lose the money :X 8hrs of work down the drainnnnn. okay it's a lesson learnt. need to be more careful next time! it's the first time i ever lost my wallet though O: but luckily my I/C wasn't with me at that time. thanks a lot to the rest for accompanying me to backtrack all the way from shaw to wisma O: even though you didn't have to care but you diddd :D
had chinese food for dinner agn, with relatives. i'm going to grow fat hahah. and i bet i will grow fat when i go to greece. breakfast buffet everyday lol.
today
going to Sparky's training class later at some far away placeee. then aft that going to the 2nd-hand book shop. need books to entertain me O: okay BYE i'm looking forward to tmr. cycling at night again! :D:D
